From crossing the Red Sea to crossing the River Jordan, God planned to meet the needs of the Israelites.  Even in their wanderings in the wilderness, God still made plans to bless His people with their promised land.  God does the same for you.  Maybe you have messed up, maybe you are going through some hard trials and heartaches-whatever it is you are going through, God has a great plan and purpose for your life.  You have to make that choice to follow Him and trust Him in the small and large decisions of life.

Pastor Michael and I hit a deer last night, and though it did serious damage to our vehicle, God protected us.  We are all safe, and the cars behind us were safe as well.  God protected us all.  We are so thankful that God put us in just the right spot so that our vehicle could take the worst damage and protect the people behind us.  We are also thankful that we didn’t lose control of our car and fly into the dark woods-God is so good!!

Whether we face a sudden disaster or a slow-moving obstacle, God will protect all of us.  Keep your heart fixed on His heart; keep your mind fixed on His thoughts.  He loves you, and He has called you to do extraordinary things.
