Jesus is the light.  Darkness hates light because it reveals the truth of what is hidden in the heart.  It may seem hard to talk about what is in your heart; sometimes we don’t want others to know what we are tortured with in our hearts and minds, but Jesus wants us to be free.  Maybe you need to talk to someone about what you are going through.  Ask Jesus to bring true mentors and friends in your life who will use the power of Jesus’ love to pull you into the light.
