David's mighty men were cast-offs of society who came together with him in the wilderness as he fled from King Saul. Each one had special God-given abilities to fight off their enemies; what abilities has God given you?  Keep using your own gifts and talents instead of trying to use someone else's abilities. God made you special as an individual; you are unique and created to do something only you can do. Stay in your lane!  Don't try to be someone else.

As you fight this battle against our common foe, remember that the battle is the Lord's.  He is fighting for you in the good times and in the bad times; He will never leave you nor forsake you.  Whatever you are going through, be reminded that God will take care of you.

He will also provide for you.  Just like the Israelites in the wilderness, God will take care of your needs and the desires of your heart. You may be thinking that you want something a certain way at a certain time in your life, but God knows the future and sees what is the best for you.  Trust His plan and purpose for your life.  Take your deepest concerns and thoughts straight to the throne, straight to the One Who loves you so, so much.
