What is holding you back from loving others?

Have you been hurt, abused, betrayed?  Are those painful memories causing unforgiveness, bitterness, and contempt in your life?

If you are wrestling with past or even present hurts, there is a solution, but it takes work.  Just as you wait for fruit on a tree to grow before you eat it, you must let the love of God grow in your heart for those who have wronged you.  Sometimes it grows quickly, sometimes it takes several months and years; but if you want to be healed, then that healing will come.

You as a human being are made up of a spirit, a soul and a body.  It is through your spirit united with Christ (if you have received Him in your heart) that you are able to forgive and love when it seems impossible.  You do not have to do this on your strength; it is the supernatural power of Jesus inside of you that helps you overcome bitterness and pain that have haunted and held you in an emotional prison.

You have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb; don’t let the pains and hurts of this world tear you down and rob you of joy.  Your future in God’s hands is more beautiful than you could ever imagine-give it to Him!
